The University Bookstore is an institutionally owned retail operation within the University’s department of Hospitality Services.
We offer both print and digital formats, providing customers with real-time price comparisons for course materials. The University Store is also the go-to source for UCM apparel and merchandise; pdfs book school and art products; graduation regalia; and convenience store items at the Mule Stop. We’re your primary source for new, used, digital, and rental textbooks and course materials.
You will be presented with pricing information, including rental prices. You will communicate your rental preference to the cashier during pick up. The Loch Shop also offers Bookstore Bucks at the beginning of each semester. Bookstore Bucks allow you to take advantage of unused Financial Aid to get what you need before receiving your Financial Aid Refund.
Generally, textbooks may be returned during the first seven days of the semester. Complete refund policies are posted in the bookstore and on the receipts. The mission of the Alvernia University Bookstore is to provide the products and services to support the academic curriculum and campus life at Alvernia University.
The VIU Campus Store is happy to support students and staff, even in tough times. Please return your textbooks as soon as you know you will not need them. Bring your books to the bookstore at the end of each semester. Textbooks and other required readings can often be borrowed from the LIbrary without any cost to the student. Please bring your USD ID. You may designate that you want to rent your books at that time. Please note that Dual Enrollment books are loaned and must be returned at the end of each semester.
Because the University Store goes beyond the classroom. When you shop at the University Store 100% of your purchases benefit Oklahoma State University and its students. The bookstore is owned and operated by Student Services, Inc. to service the requirements of the total University community.
Students have the option of shipping where they desire or selecting in-store pickup at no additional shipping charge. Laurier strives to offer you choice when purchasing your course materials. We offer new, used and rental textbooks, as well as access codes. We also offer online ordering via our website or smartphone app – just go to wlubookstore.com. You have the convenience of having your orders ship directly to you, or you can pick them up in-store at the Laurier Bookstore in Waterloo or Stedman Community Bookstore in Brantford. Timely submission helps the bookstore determine the value of the books being used in the next semester.

From your first class to your last, the Alvernia University Bookstore is your resource for all of your college needs. Whether you’re in need of a new notebook, a new sweatshirt, or a simple snack, we’re here for you – conveniently located just steps away from class. Therefore, we recommend you not write in or unwrap any book until you are sure you will be keeping it for the semester, just in case you need to return it. Textbooks may be returned for a full refund during the first week of classes of the fall and spring semesters. Summer Sessions there are NO RETURNS. A receipt is required for all returns.
Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or during final exams are not returnable. The University has partnered with Follett Higher Education Group to operate the UWF Bookstore. Contract management and oversight is the responsibility of Business Services. Follett has been in business for 140 years and manages more than 930 bookstores nationwide.
Either no materials are required for your course OR your instructor hasn’t requested anything at this time. DO NOT drop off your books in the library’s book return. About 60% of textbook titles are available for rent each semester with a big saving compared with purchasing.
