Ski Valley ski and bike shop in Danville is a local favorite among mountain bikers. In addition to renting bikes, skiers and riders can also purchase parts for their bikes and get instruction in bike maintenance. Owner Kelly Davenport plans to expand the team to students from surrounding school districts, too. Her shop also provides bike repair and parts, and may even expand to include bike training. Olympic Valley Ski and Bike
Located at the base of Olympic Valley, Tahoe Dave’s is a great value for ski rentals and winter gear for all levels. Located between the Funitel and Tram, it is also close to Village traffic. If you’re a first-time skier, Tahoe Dave’s is a great place to rent gear for the whole family. However, you’ll have to pay for a rental if you get stuck in Village traffic.
