“I am looking to assert a life insurance policy on my father who handed per month ago.I was the beneficiary but Met existence is hassling me and suggests that it had been never on file.He settled forty years on a 10k payment and now they state the organization he worked for instructed them there was no successor when I am advised by that company he worked for that I am almost certainly am on the policy.My pop changed it over two years before after my mommy died who in addition they stated was never around the coverage!!! The lady claimed to confirming this due to it already being submitted as they will not except any papers from that corporation now. They desire me to obtain such that it will undoubtedly be divided up a document notarized expressing that I am trying to get it and yet first want to know all my siblings names as well as their ssn or settled to outstanding credit cards.Has this happened to anybody before?
